WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
When you purchase a ticket, this includes all sessions happening July 22-25. The workshops on July 21st are optional and must be purchased separately. Please note ALL sessions are happening online. Sessions will all be recorded, which you’ll be able to access post-event.  

I REGISTERED BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations, but if you miss the virtual event, have no fear! You can still access all of the content for 30 days after the event. Please review our full Terms and Conditions. You can also contact Jessica with any questions about cancellations.

I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT YET.
You should receive a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.
