FAQ

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
When you purchase a ticket, this includes the Higher Ed Summit, October 20-21. Please note ALL sessions are happening online. Sessions happening on these dates will all be recorded, which you’ll be able to access post-event.

The workshops on October 22nd can be added to your summit registration for an additional fee. Speaker PPT slides will be available to download after the workshop ends.

CAN I ACCESS THE PRESENTATIONS AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER?
Yes! We’ll be uploading all videos and speaker slides after they broadcast live. They’re available for six months post-event. Recordings of our workshops are available on request to registered attendees.
 

I REGISTERED BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I SEND MY COLLEAGUE?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to a colleague.

I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT YET.
You should receive a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.
