The conferences will be held at Red Deer Polytechnic, Red Deer, AB: May 9 2025, utilizing a variety of spaces within the facility. Please note that we will make every effort to accomodate space requests, however we cannot guarentee a space. 

 

Proposal Submission and Selection Timelines

Completed proposals are due February 28, 2025
Due to the complexity of the conference schedule, we may not be able to accommodate special time and date requests for presentations.
All contacts will receive an email notifying them of acceptance or rejection of their proposal by March 14, 2025.
