WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?

When you purchase a Summit & Expo pass, this includes all sessions and networking receptions on the two main conference days, March 26-27th. Our optional March 25th workshops must be registered for separately.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

We hope you don’t have to cancel… but if you must, here are your cancellation options:
You can transfer your ticket to someone else in your company at any time at no charge. Cancellations received up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference are refundable in full. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee, minus a $300 service fee. The remainder of your credit may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for the cost of your registration. Substitutions may be made at any time.
